How long does it take to get a quote?

On average, about 1-2 weeks after all parties involved with the process of manufacturing in China receive all information on your product.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

For the standard product in stock no minimum order amount requirements.

Once I place my order how long will it take before I receive the shipment?

On average, Sea and inland delivery times can be calculated in advance based on the different destination ports. The manufacturing time will depend on the project scale. It will take one week to manufacture small machinery, and it will take 3-6 months for the large production line.

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements with your customers?

Yes, depending on the request we sign non-disclosure agreements. We keep them secret– these are provided by the customer or the customer’s attorney.

How do you block risk for us?

First, we not only verify suppliers by their appearance but also much more focus on their background. Then by keeping in communication with operators, manufacturing and assembly workers, R&D staff, founders, and factory owners to understand what is the different thinking between them on their focus, we have full aspect insight to verify whether machinery is reliable or not.
